CONTRACT

Before making a reservation with Safaris Africa United limited (hereinafter, Safaris Africa), please read carefully and understand our terms and conditions, if you have any questions do not hesitate, contact us.

When you formalize a reservation with Safaris Africa, you sign this contract, thus being subject to the following:

  • There is a binding Safaris Africa contract with you, which comes into effect when we have proof of payment of 30% of the total amount belonging to the tour package or when we verify the entire payment if the reservation of a package is made with less than 45 days before the departure date.
  • There will be no contract between us until we have proof of payment.
  • All those who are part of the group must read the terms and conditions, so the main person responsible for the reservation must send this information to all participants.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION

  • To formalize a reservation, the payment of 30% of the total amount is made.
  • We require payment of the full amount to be made at least 45 days before arrival, if the reservation is made less than 45 days Before the departure date, the settlement must be 100%.
  • Once we have proof of payment, we will send an email indicating that the reservation is formalized, therefore, the current contract.

CANCELLATION OR "NO APPEARANCE"

All cancellations must be notified in writing by email. The cancellation date for the purposes of withholdings will be effective on the day of notification.

PROGRAM CHANGES BY THE CLIENT

If the client wishes to make changes to the program, they must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to do so, although if the changes involve an increase in the cost of the program, it will be borne by the client. Likewise, if it is the other way around, it will be discounted from the price.

PRICE INCREASES ON THE CONTRACTED PACKAGE

If for any circumstance there are changes in the final price, due to an increase in park tickets, by the government or price increases by accommodation, among others, the client will be notified in writing and the client assuming these increases.

CANCELLATIONS BY FORCE MAJEURE

In case of canceling a trip due to force majeure (understanding force majeure; war or threat of war, epidemic or pandemic, real terrorist activity or threat, civil unrest, natural disaster, nuclear or fire) Safaris Africa will refund the amount of all money that can be recovered (tickets, what we have been able to recover from the accommodations, since we are subject to their cancellation policies, our services, etc.).

CHANGES TO YOUR PROGRAM BY SAFARIS AFRICA

It is very unlikely that Safaris Africa will make a change to their program, but if it does, they will be notified in writing, explaining the reason and they will have the right to decide what to do about the reservation without incurring any penalty.

UNEXPECTED DURING THE SAFARI

Safaris Africa is not responsible for the state of the roads in parks, due to inclement weather that may affect the normal course of the safari, it is something alien to us, likewise there is always the probability that there is a breakdown of the car in whoever travels, Safaris Africa will provide a new car as soon as possible, if this is the case, accept our apologies.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We advise you to travel with insurance that covers benefits for sickness, death and repatriation, evacuation, denied boarding, flight cancellations, lost luggage, Covid insurance.

YOUR LIABILITY

For those of you who have traveled, you will know more than enough, but still to avoid possible doubts regarding the responsibility that must be taken on these trips. We clarify it in a few simple points:

  • Notify us of any illness that could compromise your trip, as well as drug or food allergies, you must carry with you the usual medications that you take. He also has to go to the National Vaccination Center and get advice on vaccines and malaria chemoprophylaxis.
  • Travel with all documents in order, passport valid for six months, travel documents, visa, etc.
  • Luggage and personal effects, Safaris Africa is not responsible for loss or damage to them.
  • Follow all the guide’s recommendations. These will be given to you for your safety and the guide will do everything possible for your comfort and safety at all times. He will always listen to you doing everything possible to satisfy you, but it cannot always be carried out, he will have to listen to the reasons.
  • Respect at all times the laws and customs of the country you visit, in this case Tanzania.

RISKS

Safaris Africa (owner and employee) is not responsible for death or injury during the trip, whatever the cause.

AUDIOVISUAL MEDIA

We will always ask for consent so that any photograph or video taken during the trip can be published on our media as a promotional marketing use.

ORIGIN OF YOUR RESERVATION

Regardless of the origin of your reservation, it is subject to the terms and conditions set out here.

LAWS

This contract will be governed in accordance with the laws and courts of Tanzania. They will have exclusive jurisdiction to hear both parties and resolve.
